In order to view the conference, you must register. During this process you will create a login to access the conference site. On the day of the event the conference site will be available for you to login to join.
An email will be sent at 2 p.m. PST on December 17 with login reminders and a link to the conference for your reference.
I'm getting an error message when trying to register. What do I do?
If you are getting an error message on the registration form, first verify that your email is written correctly with no spaces, the “@” symbol included and your full email provider displayed. (ex: firstname.lastname@example.org)
Additionally, please check that you are not using any conflicting symbols in your name or username like % , ^, &.
On the login page, there is a link called “forgot password?” If you click this link, it will prompt a process to update your password. Please use the email you initially registered with.

What technical requirements are needed to participate?
To participate, you need an Internet connection and web browser. For the best viewing experience, we recommend that you join the conference using a supported internet browser, which includes Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Internet Explorer is not recommended as some functions are not fully supported.
If you are having trouble viewing, we will also be recording the presentation for later viewing which you will have access to after the event.
Will I have access to the recordings and materials?
Yes, the presentation will be recorded, and you, as a registered guest, will have access this is recording and other materials in the week after the event.
